Return Policy

Return and exchange of goods purchased in the Kid's Republic toy stores

This section concerns the return and exchange of goods on the territory of Ukraine, for other countries, see the corresponding section on the regional website of the country in which Kid's Republic stores are represented)

  • After receiving the product for exchange / return, our specialists will check the condition of the product for quality control within 2-5 business days.
  • After checking the condition of the product by specialists, we will issue a refund or exchange for another product.
  • To return the money, you must write an application that will be the basis for the return of funds – Check the address with managers.
  • When refunding a product, we will not refund the shipping costs that were included in the original order.

Please make sure following:

  • the product is fully completed and the integrity of the package is not broken;
  • All labels and factory markings retained.
  • Saved and read legibly the cash/sales receipt confirming the purchase in our store

Non-refundable:

  • Products that have been damaged or modified (excluding manufacturing defects).
  • Products that show signs of use.
  • Items after 14 days from the date of sale cannot be accepted for return or exchange (excluding manufacturing defects).
  • Products with opened blister pack.
  • Products of proper quality (excluding factory defects).

If you do not like the product - do not worry, we can exchange it or accept a return without any difficulty within 14 days. If you did not keep the receipt, we will still accept the goods. Just make sure that the product is purchased in our store.

Return conditions if you just change your mind about leaving the product: 

  • Any product is accepted for return within 14 days of receipt.
  • Conditions: item has not been used, packaging — not opened, trade dress and consumer properties are preserved.
  • To arrange an exchange / return, you must contact our managers without fail!

Return of goods of inadequate quality.

  • Please always check your order upon delivery.
  • Make sure you get exactly what you ordered, in the correct quantity and quality.
  • If by mistake you received a product of inadequate quality (which is defective and cannot ensure the performance of its functional qualities),you have the right to return or exchange the product after you contacted our managers.
  • Refunds are made within 14 days from the date of a positive decision on the return.

In order for you to get a refund for the purchased goods, you must:

  • Call us so that the manager fixes the pending exchange / return for your order.
  • To discuss with the manager a convenient way for you to exchange / return.
  • You can exchange or return an item within 14 days of purchase. This right is guaranteed to you by the Consumer Protection Act.

Please note:

According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a list of goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange or return. Such goods include:

  • Products for newborns (diapers, pacifiers, feeding bottles, etc.).
  • Down products.
  • Soft toys for children.
  • Inflatable rubber toys for children.
  • Gloves.
  • Underwear.
  • Bed linen.
  • Hosiery.
  • Printed publications.
  • Disks for laser read/write systems
  • Personal care products (e.g. epilators, electric shavers, hair clippers)
