Consultant-seller in a branded toy store

Responsibilities:

• Competent, courteous customer service on the sales floor.
• Providing competent advice on any issues related to products and making a purchase. 
• Creating comfortable conditions for choosing a product.
• Informing about new arrivals, special promotions, new discoveries;
• Preparation for the work of the trading floor: control of the availability of goods and price tags on it, placement of goods in accordance with product groups, principles of merchandising, maintaining cleanliness in the hall.
• Reception and teaching of goods on the trading floor according to accepted standards;
• Cash discipline, etc.

• daily processing of orders in the program
• Communication with staff/logistics 
• formation and distribution of price lists
• filling in content for new clients
• filling in specifications
• preparation and distribution of promotional offers
• workflow
• Monthly customer reconciliations
• working with returned goods

Requirements:

• Attention to detail, integrity, communication skills, desire to learn and grow.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and 1С Enterprise
