Microcebus murinus. Found in Madagascar. The mouse lemur is one of the smallest living primates. It can be recognized by its short limbs and large eyes. Head and body approximately 12 cm long. It has a gray coat and a pale underside. They feed mainly on insects, but also on plants, leaves, fruits and flowers. Female lemurs are more dominant than males and usually give birth to twins.
