Lorena Canals uses raw materials of natural origin and mainly cotton and wool - a principled position. These materials are environmentally friendly and of excellent quality.
Cotton plantations are located in the northeast of India. It is one of the regions where cotton has been harvested for several centuries, and where farmers choose the best cotton fibers to make washable carpets and accessories. This is why carpets are so soft and pleasant to the touch.

Lorena Canals uses only natural dyes and this has achieved the best results without harming the environment!
The dyeing process consists of mixing natural dyes with very hot water . When the dye is ready, it is placed in a stone bath filled with water and the mixture is diluted. The cotton fibers are then wrapped around sticks and dipped successively in dye baths until the desired color is achieved. After dyeing, the fibers are dried in the sun and sent to a factory to be made into cotton pellets.
